How It Works

STEP 1: CREATE AN ACCOUNT

Register for an account with and fill out all necessary information here.

STEP 2: SHOP TILL YOU (AND YOUR FINGERS) DROP

Place an order with minimum $25 purchase through our simple online marketplace! Our store will be open every Sunday at 12pm (noon) for pickup on Saturdays (9am - 12pm) at the Neal Blaisdell Center. Payment information must be provided in order to receive a confirmation email.

STEP 3: CHECK YOUR EMAIL

You will receive a confirmation email after your order is processed. Take note of your order number, your pick-up date, and your pick-up time. We recommend setting a reminder in your calendar.

STEP 4: PICKUP

Drive up with your email confirmation (e-receipt or paper confirmation emails are acceptable). Pick-up for the Neal Blaisdell Center is Saturdays 9am - 12pm. All orders not picked up on the specified date and time will be donated.

FARM TO CAR DETAILS

Sundays 12pm (noon) – Wednesdays 12pm (noon) or 300 orders, whichever comes first.

Visit our online marketplace. Items (prices and availability) will be updated frequently throughout the week. Online order system will allow you to add products to your cart. All major credit card/debit cards will be accepted. EBT/SNAP will NOT be accepted at this time. Orders must be prepaid through online marketplace. Please note that orders must make the $25 purchase minimum to successfully check out.

The items in the online marketplace are priced by the farmers/ vendors. At this time, 100% of the proceeds will go back to the specific business (farmers and food producers); they are not charged a fee. There will be a $3 pickup fee added to help offset our labor and credit card transaction fees.

As we go foward and get a better understanding of the costs associated with the new system, price structure above are subject to change. Anything added or changed will just be enough to cover the costs of the program, supported by the Hawaii Farm Bureau, a nonprofit organization.

To pick up you order, bring your receipt (with your contact name and order number) on your designated pick-up day.

We will NOT be allowing walk-ups to pick up orders. All orders will need to be picked up in a vehicle. Please stay in your car. We are doing our best to follow CDC guidelines regarding social distancing.

Neal Blaisdell Center Pickup Location: Orders will be available for pickup from 9am – 12pm, Saturdays in the parking lot (mauka/mountain side) of the Exhibition Hall. Must be going mauka (mountain bound) on Ward Ave. Turn right after the Galleria driveway. 

Any orders that are not picked up between the set time frame will be donated. We will not be providing refunds for any orders not picked up.

All missing or damaged products must be submitted via email (farmtocar@hfbf.org) within 24-hours from pickup for credit. For damaged products, a picture is required. No refunds will be given, only credits.
